Every visit includes a full treatment from our qualified and caring groomers in a professionally equipped Salon including:

• Consultation on specific requirements.
• Pre groom health check.
• Pre bath groom and comb.
• Bath and Shower in the required shampoo and conditioner.
• Glands emptied if required.
• Drying by hand with a blaster dryer.
• Clipping and Scissoring to your required style.
• Ears cleaned and Nails clipped.
• Finishing with a Salon perfume spray.
• Appointment card to keep.

• The Salons are professionally equipped.
• Our equipment is regularly maintained.
• Your dog is fully insured while on our premises.
• We are Pet Care Trust Members.
• We are Members of the Dog Groomers Association.
• We do not cage dogs during the appointment time.
• We welcome all breeds and cross breeds.
• We offer shorter visits for puppies and nervous dogs.
• Customers are welcome to stay , watch and help!.
• All equipment is regularly sterilized and cleaned to DEFRA recommendations.
• We support the Dogs Trust charity.
• We support Rodbaston College with Training placements.
• We make reminder telephone calls to all our customers.
• We use professional shampoos and conditioners from Wahl, Groomers and Mutneys.
• We are all dog lovers and owners.
• A personalized record card with details of every visit.
